Process Optimization
iGATE's process optimization offering specializes in helping organizations "realign" their processes through process modeling and procedures documentation. Consider the lifecycle of any project whether it is a process re-modeling project, or a system implementation project. The first phase of every project, as depicted in the diagram to the right, is "validate current model." As you complete your project, the 'current' evolves to a 'target', which later becomes your new environment. Once you have invested in modeling today and adopt the methodology to address change, the first phase of each subsequent project you undertake will already be completed.

Use of Casewise Corporate Modeler
Corporate Modeler is an integrated business process/data modeling tool-set with built in simulation and automatic documentation capabilities. The application runs on any IBM compatible computer under the Windows-operating environment. As a work-group solution, Corporate Modeler is integrated with a central repository which enables multiple end-users to share and re-use information. Over time, a re-usable library of critical information is developed through the central repository. Security and version controls ensure the integrity of information during a project's life cycle. We fully customize our approach and Casewise Corporate Modeler to meet the unique needs of our clients. We do not believe in "cookie-cutter" approaches.
