offerings span IT infrastructure,
personal computing and access
devices, global services and imaging
and printing for consumers,
enterprises and small and medium
businesses.
The Challenge:
The client's production process involved multiple stages in a complex
manufacturing cycle. The last stage of their manufacturing cycle which
involved packing and shipping of products to customers was being
impacted by the current SAP implementation and the six other legacy
applications which were not coordinated to manage real time data as well
as work in tandem with each other. Unable to meet their customer
commitments on time because of delayed shipments, the client was facing a
huge challenge both in terms of cost and credibility. The client wanted a
single partner who would be able to provide a technical solution, which
would improve performance and cut down on delays. More importantly, this
partner should handle the project independently, enabling the client's key
