A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, Hari worked as part of the initial core business development team at Infosys. There, Hari was responsible for a number of new business initiatives. His last appointment with them was as Head of Worldwide Sales in the Communications and Product Services Group, managing its business growth as the fastest growing businesss unit in Infosys at the time. Prior to that, Hari also championed the Y2K services initiative at Infosys, which was one of the most successful new client acquisition engines of Infosys. Hari was awarded the Chairman’s Top Employee Award twice.

After Infosys, Hari led the Global Sales, Marketing and Strategy functions at Virtusa Corporation, a US based venture-backed, now publicly listed outsourcing company.

Most recently, Hari was the President of American Operations and Head of the largest business unit at Hexaware, a publicly listed Indian outsourcing company. At Hexaware, Hari also closely participated in M&A initiatives, and was responsible for operational integration of recent cross-border acquisition.

Hari is based in the Boston area. He has a wife and one daughter. His interests include competitive running and he hopes to compete in the Boston Marathon this year.
