iTOPS is an iGATE innovation  to optimize Technology and Operational processes. It is core to our service offerings.
 
 
In the area of Technology we use a combination of CMMi Level 5 and Six Sigma processes. The three major steps involved in CMM Level 5 Optimization are Defect Prevention, Technology Change Management and Process Change Management
 
 
In the area of Operations, we use a combination of Process Maturity Model (PMM) and Six Sigma. PMM is a framework that provides a logical, reliable and a consistent basis to rapidly assess the maturity level of business processes and devise a strategy for transformation from one level of maturity to another using Six Sigma tools & methodologies

iGATE's proprietary outsourcing relationship management tool, iSIGHT offers complete visibility into the outsourced process. iSIGHT provides real-time visibility to the outsourced process at an extremely granular level iGATE clients monitor the performance and quality of their outsourced services and  track Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters using the iSIGHT dash board.
 
 
pH Matrix
pH Matrix is a proprietary  diagnostic tool built by iGATE. It is based on discriminant analysis and maps the various processes of an organization to help the client determine how they should deal with each of the processes in the short and long term. By providing information about the health or efficiency of each process and comparison against competition and industry benchmarks, pH Matrix enables clients to take decisions on business process re-engineering automation and location of services.
