iGATORs are a brave new breed of professionals who add enthusiasm and sparkle to the work environment. iGATE culture has always been pro-life with its emphasis on fun  and  serious enjoyment blended into the daily routine.
Transparency, commitment, passion and dedication are the inherent Values of the corporate and individual spirit of iGATE and the iGATORs respectively. Ideas and suggestions are welcome from iGATORs irrespective of their seniority in position. Collaboration, innovation and collective contribution are important to us.
Work-life balance, nurturing of individual talent, fostering team work and recognition of innovation are key elements of the iGATE Culture.
Many of us still remember the names of the “House” we used to represent during our school days. The “House” gave a new dimension to our bonding, cutting across immediate peers and classrooms. Keeping the same objective in mind, we launched the concept of “Houses” at iGATE. This is meant to strengthen relationship among iGATORs beyond their immediate team members, workplace and city of operation. All iGATORs have been divided into four Houses – Banyan, Palm, Gulmohur and Tamarind. Each House is led by an Excom member. The members will try to maximise points for their respective Houses by participating and winning in various activities planned during the year. At the end of the year, the House with maximum points will walk away with a Rolling Trophy, and a surprise gift for every member of that House.
